                                     Philly Chicken with Bacon

Cut a slit into the side of each chicken breast to form a pocket and then open out to form a butterfly

Spread the pilly into the middle of the open chicken breast.
Season well & fold over, pressing the side together

Then wrap each chicken breast with 1 slice of bacon, Place on the bacon tray and bake for 20 minutes, ensuring the chicken is thoroughly cooked through before serving

I only made 2 chicken breasts so i didn't need 4 streaky bacon pieces. I only used 2
This is the ingredients -

4 Boneless, skinless chicken breasts
12-g Philadelphia light Garlic & Herbs
4 rashers streaky bacon
500g new potato's
300g boiled broccoli

My Lunch

This is my lunch for today. I had A sandwich with Ham,Cheese,Lettuce & Mayo in.
For my drink i had a glass of water.
My Breakfast
This is what i have for breakfast everyday.
Porridge & a cup of tea. I never get bored of porridge. I'm always happy to have it for my breakfast. What i have with my porridge? just some sugar with it. In the summer time, i had blueberry's, strawberry's and some cinnamon on it, which was so nice!!
Now it's getting into winter, i just have sugar. I like my food very sweet (:
